A Threshold Moment
Every leader meets thresholds: moments when the way you've always worked stops working, or when something deeper begins to call. Right now, these moments are arriving faster, because leadership itself is changing.
You may be standing at a threshold. Something in you is shifting, and you know it.
- The achievements that once drove you feel quieter than they should.
- Decisions that used to be clear now carry a strange weight.
- You're leading as a version of yourself you've begun to outgrow.
- A next chapter is pulling at you, and you can't yet name it.
You may not have said it to your board or your team. The person closest to you may already sense it.
You can feel the leader you're meant to be next: more authentic, more fully yourself. You don't yet know how to become that leader without losing what you've built.

A Return to Coherence
Incoherence happens when your leadership hasn't yet caught up with who you've become. It happens when your doing no longer matches who you are Being. Left unaddressed, it hardens into exhaustion, stalled momentum, and success that looks right from the outside and feels wrong from within.
To lead from Being is to bring your actions, your design, and your soul's mission into coherence. And it's what this experience is built around.
The Experience
The Threshold Salon offers the core of the work I bring to stages, boardrooms, and leadership offsites, to an intimate room of founders and executives.
In ninety minutes together, we will:
- Learn what it means to lead from Being. I'll share my definition of leadership and why leading from Being is what a threshold moment requires.
- Read the moment. We'll look at the astrological timing of this month, read for leaders: what is shifting, what it favors, and what it asks of how you lead. Strategic astrology is the precision instrument I use with founders and executives to understand why thresholds arrive when they do.
- Identify incoherence. Through teaching and guided reflection, you'll discover where your leadership has fallen out of step with who you've become.
- Be met by peers. You'll hear and be heard by leaders standing at thresholds of their own.
What You'll Leave With
- One core insight: where incoherence lives in you, and what may be holding you back from your next chapter.
- A new understanding of leadership: what it means to lead from Being, and why it becomes essential at a threshold.
- An understanding of the moment: what is shifting energetically right now, and what it means for how you lead.
- A personal follow-up: a note on your individual timing after the salon, if you choose to share your birth details.

About Cameron
Dr. Cameron Martin is the founder of Leading From Being, an advisory practice for founders and executives moving through identity change, transition, and growth. His expertise is leading people to coherence: seeing who a leader is becoming and architecting the path there.
He holds a doctorate in Leadership Studies, where his research examined astrology as a tool for self-discovery and leadership development. A TEDx speaker with more than seven years of one-on-one work with leaders, he brings Being-Centered Leadership to stages, boardrooms, and team offsites. He hosts the Threshold Salon virtually from Crete.
