Refunds & Cancellations

BeingSpaces LLC, doing business as Leading From Being

Leading From Being offers advisory, mentorship, and astrology services designed for deep, sustained work. Given the nature of this work, all purchases are governed by the policy below. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. The Threshold Salon

• The Threshold Salon is complimentary and by invitation.
• If you can't attend, please let us know as early as you can so the seat can go to someone else.

2. Leadership Clarity Session

• Payment is due in full at time of booking.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• A session missed without at least 48 hours' notice is forfeited with no refund or credit.

3. Strategic Intensive

• Payment is due in full at time of booking.
• No refunds are issued for any reason, including missed sessions or no-shows except as described in When We Don't Deliver below..
• A session may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are forfeited with no refund or credit.
• Full-day in-person Intensives will incur travel costs.
• Travel costs (airfare, lodging, and ground transportation) are billed separately from the Intensive fee and are due in full before any travel is booked.
• Travel costs are non-refundable for any reason once paid except as described in When We Don’t Deliver..
• If travel needs to be rearranged at your request, you’re responsible for any resulting change fees and fare differences.

4. Mentorship & Mastermind

• Monthly payments are non-refundable.
• Membership begins with a six-month initial term.
• If you leave during the initial term, we ask for 30 days' written notice and a one-time early exit fee equal to one month at your rate.
• After the initial term, membership continues month to month, and you may end it with 30 days' written notice.
• If you have paid in full for six or twelve months and end your membership early, you will receive a partial refund. The refund is the amount you paid, minus the monthly rate for each month through the end of your notice period, minus an early exit fee of one month. Please check it against the Program Agreement for which monthly rate applies (the standard $1,500 or the discounted paid-in-full rate). For instance: 12 months paid in full at $1,250 is $15,000; if notice ends after month 4, the refund is $15,000 minus (4 x $1,250) minus $1,250 = $8,750.
• If you are facing a major life event, you may pause your membership for up to two months, once in any 12-month period. Billing will stop during this period and time lapsed during a pause will not count toward your initial 6-month term.
• The full terms are in the Program Agreement each member signs. If this page and the Program Agreement differ, the Program Agreement controls.

5. Corporate & Custom Engagements

• Payment is due in full by the agreed-upon date.
• Once paid, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after payment, you remain responsible for the full fee.
• If Leading From Being cancels an engagement (outside of Force Majeure, below), you'll receive a full refund or a credit toward a future engagement, at your choice.
• Any additional terms in a signed agreement take precedence over this policy.

6. When We Don't Deliver

If a session or engagement is not delivered due to something on our end (for example, we cancel and don't reschedule, or fail to show), you're entitled to a full refund or credit for that portion of the service, at your choice.

7. Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (illness, natural disasters, technology failures, government restrictions, etc.). In these cases, refunds aren't guaranteed but may be considered case by case, or offered as credit.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We stand behind our work. If you have a concern, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first reaching out will be contested with documentation of purchase, communications, and service delivery. Fraudulent disputes may result in termination of services.
