Leading From Being offers advisory, mentorship, and astrology services designed for deep, sustained work. Given the nature of this work, all purchases are governed by the policy below. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. Single Sessions
Applies to Leadership Clarity Sessions, Strategic Intensives, Private Advisory sessions, and astrology readings.
- Payment is due in full at time of booking.
- No refunds are issued for any reason, including missed sessions or no-shows.
- A session may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are forfeited with no refund or credit.
2. Mentorship
- Mentorship is billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise agreed).
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that notice period, and billing continues through it.
- No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time within a billing period.
3. Corporate & Custom Engagements
- Payment is due in full by the agreed-upon date.
- Once paid, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after payment, you remain responsible for the full fee.
- If Leading From Being cancels an engagement (outside of Force Majeure, below), you'll receive a full refund or a credit toward a future engagement, at your choice.
- Any additional terms in a signed agreement take precedence over this policy.
4. When We Don't Deliver
If a session or engagement is not delivered due to something on our end (for example, we cancel and don't reschedule, or fail to show), you're entitled to a full refund or credit for that portion of the service, at your choice.
5. Force Majeure
We're not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (illness, natural disasters, technology failures, government restrictions, etc.). In these cases, refunds aren't guaranteed but may be considered case by case, or offered as credit.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We stand behind our work. If you have a concern, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first reaching out will be contested with documentation of purchase, communications, and service delivery. Fraudulent disputes may result in termination of services.
