• Birth data for astrological work: date, time, and place of birth. We treat this as sensitive personal information because, combined with your name, it can identify you and reveals information you may consider private. We collect it only to prepare natal chart work and related leadership analysis, and only with your knowledge that this is its purpose.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• Any information you submit through inquiry or contact forms.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and device data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring pages) via our hosting platform and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver coaching, mentorship, advisory, and astrology services you've requested
• Schedule and manage sessions
• Process payments and manage your account
• Send you communications you've requested (session logistics, newsletters you've subscribed to, program updates)
• Prepare natal chart and leadership analysis work product
• Maintain and improve the Site
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your birth data or session content for advertising.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, under obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we've engaged them for:

Social media: We maintain a presence on platforms including LinkedIn and YouTube. If you interact with us there (comments, messages, follows), that platform's own privacy policy governs — this Notice covers leadingfrombeing.org and our direct services only.

AI tools: In the course of our work, we may use AI assistants — including Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini, and occasionally OpenAI's ChatGPT — to help draft materials, organize notes, or think through client work. Where this involves client-identifying information, we take reasonable care to limit what is shared and to use these tools' available privacy and data-control settings. We do not use these tools to make automated decisions about you.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third parties' own marketing purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

We are a U.S.-based company, and some of our service providers process data in the United States or other countries outside the EU/UK. Where this involves personal information of EU/UK individuals, we rely on the safeguards our providers make available, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or their certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
