These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of leadingfrombeing.org (the "Site") and the services offered by Path & Purpose, LLC, doing business as Leading From Being ("LFB," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
LFB offers Being-Centered Leadership advisory and mentorship services, including:
- Leadership Clarity Sessions
- Strategic Intensives
- Private Advisory engagements
- Mentorship programs
- Astrology readings and natal chart work

2. Not Professional Advice
Our services draw on leadership coaching, ontological methods, and astrology. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area. Decisions you make based on our sessions, readings, or materials are your own responsibility.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or book our services.
4. Bookings and Payment
Sessions and programs are booked through Cal.com and paid through Stripe, both of which have their own terms and privacy practices. Fees are as quoted at time of booking. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for cancellation terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, frameworks (such as Being-Centered Leadership and the Seven Capacities), graphics, and design — belongs to Path & Purpose, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
6. User Conduct
When using the Site or interacting with us, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law
- Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights
