These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of leadingfrombeing.org (the "Site") and the services offered by BeingSpaces LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Leading From Being ("LFB," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

LFB offers Being-Centered Leadership advisory and mentorship services, including:

2. Not Professional Advice

Our services draw on leadership development, Being-Centered Leadership, and strategic astrology. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area. Decisions you make based on our sessions, readings, or materials are your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or book our services.

4. Bookings and Payment

Sessions and programs are scheduled through Proton Calendar and paid through Stripe, both of which have their own terms and privacy practices. Fees are as quoted at time of booking. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for cancellation terms. Members of the Mentorship & Mastermind also sign a Program Agreement, which sets the full terms of that program. If it conflicts with these Terms, the Program Agreement controls for that program.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, frameworks (such as Being-Centered Leadership and the Seven Capacities), graphics, and design — belongs to BeingSpaces LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeingSpaces LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
