Dr. Cameron Martin
Dr. Cameron Martin is the founder of Leading From Being, an advisory practice for founders and executives moving through identity change, transition, and growth. His expertise is leading people to coherence: seeing who a leader is becoming and architecting the path there.
His doctoral research in Leadership Studies examined astrology as a tool for leadership development, the first work of its kind. Since then: a TEDx talk, hundreds of chart readings, a dozen businesses born from what surfaced in session, and clients who stay for years, almost entirely by referral.
Being-Centered Leadership and Astrology
Leadership is the act of creating space for people to be. Inside this container, we work with what you’re building: your next-level project, your decision, your mission, through the lens of Being-Centered Leadership and your personal astrology.
Three instruments work together here. Beingspaces gives you language for the energetic fields every leader creates, within yourself, between you and others, and among the groups you lead, and fluency in moving through them. The Seven Capacities of Being-Centered Leadership are the spine of everything we do: the practices through which you align more fully with your Being. And your birth chart is your inherent design, the signature you were born with. Together, we bring it into consciousness, embody it in how you lead, and read its timing so you know when to move.
The Seven Capacities of Being-Centered Leadership: Presence, Inner Awareness, Embodiment, Deep Listening, Holding Space, Aligned Action, Honoring Beingness. Each month, our Community Call centers on one, applied directly to what’s live in your leadership right now.
Astrology is the language of your Being, and where my doctoral research lives most directly: the natal chart is the readable form of your energetic signature, the blueprint you’re here to embody. The capacities are how you do it. It doesn’t only tell you who you are. It tells you when to move: when to launch, when to hold, who to hire, how to read the people around you. This is a decision-making instrument as much as an identity one.
Most containers ask you to perform growth. This one asks you to embody yourself fully, and let the growth follow naturally.
How It Works
Arrival Session. In your first month, in addition to your first 1:1, a 90-minute welcome: we set up your portal and scheduling, reflect on your Beingspaces and Seven Capacities intake, and set your vision for our work together.
Monthly 1:1 mentorship. Ninety minutes, grounded in your personal astrology. This is where we get in the trenches: your specific project, your specific decision, worked in real time. Your context is the material. But the work underneath it is building your own capacity to lead from Being.
Session Summary. After every 1:1, a written document capturing the insights, decisions, practices, and next steps from our session, so the work stays alive as you implement.
Monthly Community Call. An intimate group of leaders of leaders doing this same work, in their own contexts, sharing the room. Each call centers on one capacity of Being-Centered Leadership. We work in a hot-seat format: real problems, real time, held by me and witnessed by others. You’re seen here, and you see others doing the same work; contributing to their process sharpens your own.
Between sessions. Direct access by email and WhatsApp, voice notes and texts, with a response within 24 hours on business days.
Member portal. Community Call recordings, a library of proprietary teachings, and a member forum.
Most masterminds accelerate doing. This one restores Being, so that your leadership becomes a natural expression of your soul.

What is the Leading From Being Mentorship & Mastermind?
The Leading From Being Mentorship & Mastermind is a signature leadership program for founders and executives, created by Dr. Cameron Martin. It combines monthly 1:1 mentorship grounded in strategic astrology with a monthly Community Call, helping leaders bring how they lead into coherence with who they've become.
Who is it for?
The program is for founders, business owners, and executives who have already built something real and sense that their next chapter is asking them to lead from something deeper. Members are often moving through a transition: a business that has outgrown how it's led, a plateau that doesn't make sense, a loss, a new chapter, or success that no longer feels like theirs.
What is Being-Centered Leadership?
Being-Centered Leadership is a leadership framework developed by Dr. Cameron Martin from his doctoral research in Leadership Studies and years of work with founders and executives. It defines leadership as creating coherence between your actions, your design, and your soul's mission, and it develops seven capacities: Presence, Inner Awareness, Embodiment, Deep Listening, Holding Space, Aligned Action, and Honoring Beingness.
How is this different from executive coaching?
Executive coaching usually starts with your goals; this work starts with what's happening underneath them. Your business and your inner life are treated as one project, and every session works on both: the decision or project in front of you, and the capacity to lead it from who you actually are.
How is astrology used?
Strategic astrology is a precision instrument in this work, and the subject of Cameron's doctoral research. Your birth chart is read as the blueprint of your design, and astrological timing informs when to move: when to launch, when to hold, who to hire, and how to read the people around you. Your 1:1 sessions are grounded in your personal astrology.
Do I need to know astrology or be spiritual?
You don't need any background in astrology, and you don't need to speak any particular spiritual language. You need openness to the idea that who you are at the soul level has something essential to say about how you lead. The work applies directly to your business, your decisions, and your team.
What's included?
Membership includes a 90-minute Arrival Session in your first month, a monthly 90-minute 1:1 session with a written Session Summary afterward, a monthly Community Call, direct access by email and WhatsApp between sessions, and a private portal with call recordings, a library of teachings, and a member forum.
What is the Arrival Session?
The Arrival Session is a 90-minute welcome in your first month, in addition to your first 1:1. We set up your portal and scheduling, reflect on your Beingspaces and Seven Capacities intake, and set your vision for our work together.
What happens on the Community Call?
The Community Call is a monthly live group call centered on one of the Seven Capacities of Being-Centered Leadership. Members take the hot seat to bring what they're moving through, receive coaching from Cameron and reflections from the group, and learn from watching others do the same work in their own contexts.
How much does it cost?
Membership is $1,500 per month billed monthly, $1,375 per month when six months are paid in full, or $1,250 per month when twelve months are paid in full.
How long is the commitment? Can I pause or leave early?
Membership begins with a six-month initial term, the minimum time this work needs to take root, and continues month to month after that with 30 days' notice. If a major life event arises, you can pause once a year for up to two months. Leaving before six months requires 30 days' notice and an early exit fee of one month. Full terms are in the Program Agreement you receive before enrolling.
Are sessions recorded?
Your 1:1 sessions are transcribed privately so Cameron can write your Session Summary; transcripts are confidential and never shared. Community Calls are recorded and available to members only in the portal.
Is it virtual?
Yes. All sessions are held online, and members join from the US, Europe, and beyond. Cameron works from Crete, Greece, and schedules 1:1 sessions across time zones.
How do I join, and when can I start?
Membership is by application, and new members can begin at any time. Cameron reads every application personally; if it looks like a fit, he'll reach out to schedule a conversation about what you're building and whether this container is right for it.
How do the Threshold Salon and the Leadership Clarity Session relate to this?
The Threshold Salon is a complimentary monthly gathering where leaders locate where coherence is breaking down, and it offers a taste of the Community Call. A Leadership Clarity Session is a single 90-minute working session on one decision or transition. The Mentorship & Mastermind is the ongoing container where that work is embodied month by month.
