Before We Meet
Preparation begins before we're in the room together.
You'll complete a Seven Capacities intake and share the context of what's live for you right now: the decisions on the table, the situation you're in, what you're actually navigating.
You'll also receive an orienting written overview of your natal chart and current transits: a handful of specific, leadership-relevant placements, enough to prepare you and point toward what we'll open together. The full read happens live, in Part One.
What We Do Together
Your chart establishes the arc of your leadership evolution: the direction you are built to travel and the gifts you are here to bring. Your current transits reveal what is opening, what is completing, and where the leverage points are in this specific season. Your Seven Capacities intake shows how that design is currently living, or not living, in how you lead.
Applied directly to the real decisions in front of you.
Part One
The Chart Read
Who you are, before we get into what you're facing. A live reading of your natal chart and Seven Capacities together: the specific architecture you were born with, and what it's asking of you in this season.
Part Two
The Application
Your design brought into direct contact with the real decisions in front of you. Where your architecture and your current context meet: strategic priorities, blind spots, competing demands, the decisions that need strengthening. For full-day engagements, this can extend to include relevant leadership stakeholders later in the day.
Part Three
The Integration
We consolidate what has emerged, clarify it, and build the architecture for how you move forward, before the day ends. Then you return to your context and live it. Over the following 30 days, I'm with you by email as it integrates, followed by a call to check in on what has moved and what is still settling.

Both formats move through the same architecture. The full day allows more room: more terrain to cover, and space to extend into work with your leadership team where relevant.
